Employer's Agent

An award winning, property and construction consultancy is seeking an Employer’s Agent to join their large and expanding multi-disciplinary team in their Winchester office. You will be working alongside professionals from a mix of backgrounds, including building surveying, project and cost management, engineering and architecture, all committed to delivering for their wide range of clients. Role & Responsibilities of the Employer’s Agent: Support with pre contract and post contract client, developer and contractor meetings, taking and issuing minutes promptly Undertake review of drawings and specification proposals from contractors and developers Assist with the compilation of specifications and tender documents, including Employer’s Requirements Coordination of specialist surveys and tasks required from other project related consultants On-site inspections and pre-handover ‘snagging’ Tracking and monitoring post completion defects, liaising with clients’ customer care teams and ensuring satisfactory conclusion of defects Skills & Experience of the Employer’s Agent: Understanding of construction and development is desirable A desire to learn and progress rapidly.
