Group Accounting Manager – Malton – £60,000 - £65,000 Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with this market leading, fast growing international group of companies who are offering a fantastic opportunity to join their group finance function as Group Accounting Manager .You will report into the Group Financial Controller and drive financial reporting and accuracy across the central business functions. This will be done through cost analysis and business partnering, supporting the wider business planning reporting and decision-making process. In return: 10% Bonus Flexible working Exceptional career opportunities 8% Pension 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Responsibilities will include: Overseeing the preparation of group monthly management accounts and performance reports Ownership of month end controls, balance sheet reconciliations and financial processes Ensure clean audit delivery and support with year end, statutory account and tax computation Managing a finance team across sites Continuous improvement mentality – drive consistency across sites for accounting practices, cost allocation and business partnering Lead various projects to support improved awareness, decision making and efficiencies The ideal candidate will be: Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified) with strong PQE experience The ability to analyse and summarise complex information Have strong attention to detail and be committed to delivering high quality information Have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders If you are interested in finding out about this exciting ‘Group Accounting Manager’ opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
