Job Description

We are looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to oversee the setup and day-to-day management of our new operational hubs. You will ensure smooth transitions, compliance with regulations, and a high-quality workplace experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and facilities management of new office locations. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations. Work closely with project teams to transition workplaces smoothly. Manage contracts and service providers for facilities operations. Oversee budgets, track project progress, and report updates. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless office experience. What We’re Looking For: Experience in setting up and managing new office locations. Knowledge of workplace compliance, facilities services, and contractor management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and ensure efficient operations. A team player with a proactive approach. Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
