Junior Recruiter - Stage

This position is for a Junior Consultant working in our Milan office, focusing on permanent Digital, Sales & Marketing recruitment. You will be placing top quality candidates while generating new business opportunities. About the role As an OJ Associate Consultant, your responsibilities will be: Identifying suitable candidates through multiple innovative channels Consulting candidates and clients through often complex and large recruitment processes Overseeing a portfolio of Italian-based clients, analyzing their upcoming projects and resourcing needs Developing long-term relationships for repeat business Being a specialist within your recruitment market, staying informed about our clients and the market you work in About you Less than 1 year of experience working in a sales role, within a consulting environment. Fluent in Italian & upper intermediate/fluent in English Engaging, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work Ability to connect with new contacts and build rapport for the short and long term. Persistent in seeking new opportunities and striving for continuous improvement in everything you do. Ideally, previous business experience in the technology area, or flexibility to transfer your recruitment knowledge into this market.
