Overview: Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Verona, is seeking an experienced Freelance Delphi Developer to support and enhance their existing software systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Delphi and C# , with the ability to provide strategic guidance on software solutions. This is a part-time role requiring onsite presence two days per week . Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using Delphi and C# . Collaborate with internal teams to understand software requirements and business needs. Advise on best practices and improvements for the software package. Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to the client’s IT team. Required Skills & Experience: Solid knowledge of C# and related technologies. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Ability to analyze business needs and advise on software improvements.
