Job Description

These are the qualifications and skillset we are looking for in a Customer Service Engineer: A master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience Customer and market-oriented, with strong problem-solving and solution-providing skills Fluency in English and the local language(s) Strong commercial skills and knowledge of pricing Good knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other related tools Results-driven, disciplined, persistent, and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus Flexible and adaptable to change Experience working with distributors and channel partners Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
