Join us NewCold Ferentino is NewCold's automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible for safely operating, maintaining the cold store, and providing excellent logistics services to our customers. Main Responsibilities: Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to maximize operational efficiency (e.g., cooling systems, conveyors, cranes, etc.) Respect maintenance plans according to priority indicated by the maintenance coordinator Update records of maintenance tasks completed and ensure all routine works are checked Report any problems to the manager Maintain a good inventory of engineering spare parts, tools, and equipment according to weekly plans received Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime Liaise with maintenance suppliers to identify the impact of breakdown events Advise management teams about options to solve breakdown conditions Ability to manage height operations and rescue Always work safely and notify any safety issues Follow all procedures according to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions Be available to support structural site maintenance (e.g., door retrieval, panels, ramps, hydraulics, green areas, etc.) Who we are looking for: We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments.
