Prepare and monitor internal reports for development projects in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards. Manage customer and supplier relations. Manage multidisciplinary projects (sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality) with interaction with suppliers and customers. Provide functional analysis support for customer product complaints, ensuring seamless collaboration with manufacturing teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, etc.). At least 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, and product development. Proficiency in English at a professional level. German language skills are preferred.
