Job Description

Project lead and engineer for new part and process development projects through the "estimation" phase, including completion of the "transfer to production" phase, based on specific customer requirements as well as business objectives and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the development process using APQP methodology to ensure technical sustainability, profitability, and strong customer relationships. Analyze customer requirements and define product specifications, leveraging internal and external resources to design, validate, and meet project objectives. Prepare and monitor internal reports for development projects in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards. Manage customer and supplier relations. Manage multidisciplinary projects (sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality) with interaction with suppliers and customers. Provide functional analysis support for customer product complaints, ensuring seamless collaboration with manufacturing teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, etc.). At least 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, and product development. Proficiency in English at a professional level. German language skills are preferred. Ability to work in a team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Offered Contract full time. Location - Asti (AT). RAL 38k/42k.
