Join our client's dynamic team in Borehamwood, where you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: As part of our team, you will: Respond promptly and professionally to initial enquiries. Prepare, issue, and manage quotations with accuracy and efficiency. Process payments securely and in a timely manner. Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Collaborate with operatives and contractors to address and resolve site issues. Maintain open, consistent communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Experience & Skills Required: We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following: Resilience under pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus and composure. Strong communication skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
