Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales and profitability Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities Optimise product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory Build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms Ensure timely placement and management of purchase orders Maintain stock levels to meet customer demand Control buying prices and seek cost reduction opportunities The Candidate: The ideal Category Manager will possess the following qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and category management tools Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Experience in vendor management and market research Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies If you have experience or interest in roles such as Product Manager, Inventory Manager, Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Merchandising Manager, this Category Manager position might be a perfect fit for you. ``` ADZN1_UKTJ
