Managing Quantity Surveyor Contract period - initial 4 months Inside IR35 £450 per day We are seeking a skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor with expertise in managing commercial and quantity surveying operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling change events, managing Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and tendering processes. You will play a critical role in managing quantity surveying responsibilities within the TfL STIC Framework. Prior experience in managing a commercial team and familiarity with NEC4 Option A contracts is desirable. The role involves the self-delivery of projects, subcontract management, and working within a framework. You will also manage Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to ensure the successful financial administration of projects. This position requires a strategic and analytical approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders.
