Client Services Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Executive to support our client’s Account Management team. Based in Leatherhead Up to £25,000 salary (DOE) Benefits: 25 days holiday bank holiday Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus Health Insurance Wellbeing day Pension 4% contribution Job Description: Assist the Senior Account Lead with client growth, retention, outreach, and onboarding. Support new business efforts, RFP responses, and stakeholder proposals. Document client communications, track actions, and prepare reports. Manage client communications and project handovers. Assist with venue sourcing, supplier management, and logistics. Compile post-event reports and client feedback. Support budget prep, expense reconciliation, and financial tracking. Log timesheets, collaborate across teams, and attend meetings/training. Person Specification: Must have excellent administrative experience. Organised. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good customer service. Problem solver.
