Manage cost planning, analysis, and control to ensure project efficiency. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage procurement and tender processes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the civils sector. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management. Ability to work on both civil engineering and refurbishment projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
