Mechanical Project Manager

MK Search are currently working alongside a leading M&E contractor who currently turnover £200m per annum and have a strong presence across sectors such as, Data Centre’s, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare projects are currently looking to engage with Mechanical Project Manager’s to join the London division. Our client have recently secured a number of large commercial fit out schemes in London with project values ranging from £5m to £100m, This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor who have a strong presence across most sectors and put progression at the forefront of their business whilst working on some of the UK’s most notable schemes. Role/Responsibilities Management of subcontractor labour Attend site meetings Progress reports Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc. Health and safety Review and amend RAMS Snagging Work with the contracts manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
