Senior Site Manager Based in Dorset Permanent: up to £77,000 Package We are currently searching for a Senior Site Manager to join one of the UK’s busiest construction companies. This company specialises in the residential sector. As Senior Site Manager you will responsible for the day-to-day site operation, reporting to a Project Manager. The role: Project Planning & Management: Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets. Site Supervision: Monitor daily site operations and supervise workers and subcontractors. Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety briefings. Quality Control: Maintain construction quality standards through regular inspections. Budget Management: Track expenses and manage the project budget effectively. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the construction team. Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers; provide progress reports. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site. Problem Solving: Address and resolve construction challenges and issues promptly. Experience required: Previous experience as a Site/Senior Site Manager with a main contractor essential. Strong knowledge of all build stages from Groundworks through to handover.
