Role: Atlassian Administrator Location: UK, Remote Salary: £300 - £400 PD (12 month contract) ‍Profile We are working with a company that are globally recognised in what they do and are helping millions of people around the world live a better and healthier life. They are looking to add a Atlassian Administrator to their team on a 12-month contract to resolve incidents, answer questions, and respond to requests related to Atlassian product and process within prevailing service levels. To be considered for this position you will need strong communication skills as you will be dealing with people at a senior level. Key Responsibilities Proactively administer Atlassian toolsets, ensuring comprehensive observability of key performance metrics and maintaining service playbooks to guide efficient and effective response to underperformance. Play a part in large projects/migrations. Sustain appropriate levels of governance, with an eye on the balance between security and enablement. Observe for gaps in well-functioning oversight and capture areas of improvement to be addressed by the Atlassian team. Work with a team of internal stakeholders and Atlassian peers to maintain a consistent feedback loop on the current state pulse of product adoption, areas of user excellence and to identify any emerging deficiencies in the Atlassian portfolio to drive future improvement opportunities.Essential Experience/skills Strong communication skills 5 plus years in a similar roleThey are looking for the right candidate to start asap, so if you have the right skill set, please apply ASAP.
