We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Finance Manager - FP&A on a 6 months fixed term contract to drive profitable growth and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy. This is a fantastic?opportunity for someone with experience as a Finance Manager, looking to hit the ground running and make a real impact.?? The Role: The successful candidate will be a?keycontributorin driving both in-year and longer-term profitable growth for theHBI group, whilst also having the opportunity to significantlyimpacttheFP&A functionalstrategy. Key Responsibilities Run elements of the planning process, models, contribute to financial storyboards and streamline planning processes.?? Support month-end close and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.?? Delivery insights for the Exec, Board and Shareholders to drive business performance.?? Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.?? Location : This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office The Person: Experience in a multi-site consumer business (PLC or PE-Backed)? ACCA/CIMA qualification (or near completion).?? Experience in planning and reporting at a group level.?? Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve processes.?
