Foreman/Ganger/Supervisor

Role Overview You will be responsible for overseeing groundworks gangs, ensuring deep drainage operations (up to 7m depth) are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role offers an initial 8-month contract, with the potential for long-term work on a multi-year project in Bedhampton if successful. Key Responsibilities ✔️ Leading and supervising groundworks teams ✔️ Coordinating deep drainage operations ✔️ Ensuring health & safety standards are met ✔️ Managing daily site activities and workforce ✔️ Liaising with site management and engineers Requirements ✅ Proven experience as a Foreman, Ganger, or Supervisor on civil engineering projects, not housing or commercial. ✅ Deep drainage experience (up to 7m depth) is essential ✅ Valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS (as required for the role) ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foreman, Ganger, or Supervisor to secure long-term work on a high-profile infrastructure project.
