AUTONOMOUS PROCUREMENT: As an insight Data Engineer, specialist in AWS QuickSight, you will join your product team to further develop our application which automates the assignment of needed transport to specific logistic partners. You will handle the development and maintenance of an advanced middle layer and data pipeline, specifically optimized for analytics and business intelligence (BI) in our AWS RDS-hosted PostgreSQL database environment. You will assume full ownership of our BI environment, implement and uphold data governance and quality standards to maintain data integrity and security. You will build and manage a database schema to align with analytics and BI requirements. With a strong focus on automation, your primary task will be to facilitate efficient usage of Amazon QuickSight for analytics and BI. You will collaborate with solution consultants & product management to design and implement Amazon QuickSight analysis and dashboards that offer actionable insights. You are ready, if you have … Significant experience in data engineering, particularly with Amazon QuickSight for analytics and BI solutions. Expertise in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, especially within an AWS RDS context. Experience working with large data sets. Focus on automation by writing software in Python. Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in building data pipelines and schemas specifically for BI and analytics. Proven ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Knowledge of data governance, security practices, and compliance standards.
