Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be an Italian qualified lawyer with around 5-7 PQE. Candidates from private practice are preferred. The ideal candidate will support the General Counsel by giving advice on all relevant legal issues, particularly in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (such as private tenders, purchase agreements, raw material supply agreements, real estate and supply agreements, consultancy agreements, NDA, etc.), Compliance, and more.
