Program Manager > Bolzano Role Introduction The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a strongly motivated and effective cross-functional team based in Bolzano (Italy). The role of the Program Manager is to: Act as the main point of contact with the customer and partners once the contract has been awarded and handed over from the Sales team. Responsible for the project and the achievement of contractual and internal management objectives. Manages a cross-functional team in order to ensure that all the departments within the organization follow the contractual obligations (such as: schedules, requirements, costs, etc.) and the internal process goals (investment approval, design and validation released, industrialization and production start-up). Creates and monitors the Masterplan with all the internal and contract(s) Milestones. Ensure that this plan and the activities are in line with time, cost and quality requested from internal and external requirement. Manages and monitors time, quality, risks and costs and the revenues of the project. Manages and monitors product development and the estimated price target during the offer phase. Reports to management the progress of the project and the open points that require approval. Participates during the tender phases for products with development by coordinating the development plan, delivery and collecting from the various departments involved, in particular for investment and product costs. Skills and Attitudes Languages: Italian (Fluent), English (Fluent), German (Good) MSc in Engineering, Economics or similar Knowledge of Product development and configuration management Statistics and analytical methods Logistics planning Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Predisposition to frequent travelling as needed Accountable and self-driven individual Structured problem-solving methodology Application of the following software tools: Microsoft Office, CAD programs, SAP (nice to have) J-18808-Ljbffr
