Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Cosmetic/Derma

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist The role will be part of the Regulatory and Vigilance department, working closely with RA team members and collaborating on project management with other functions of the company. The role will be responsible for managing the entire cosmetic portfolio and its vigilance activities, in addition to regulatory activities of the medical devices of the Derma portfolio MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management of the regulatory activities of the cosmetic portfolio and its vigilance. Management of the registrations of the cosmetic portfolio worldwide. Oversight of creation and update of Product Information Files (PIF) and CPNP notifications. Oversight of creation and update of product artworks Regulatory Compliance Verification of Communication materials Interaction with suppliers transfer, verification and approval of production documentation. Management of new cosmetic SKU development. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Life sciences (preferred) Experience in managing regulatory activities for cosmetic products is desirable The candidate will have to manage all regulatory activities related to the cosmetic portfolio both at Italian and worldwide level, collaborating with colleagues from various European and non-European countries, the design activities of the same. The management of internal and external documentation will be mainly in English Advanced spoken and written English Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 22716 requirements is a plus Leadership skills and good coordination skills in group activities Contract type: fixed term 12 months vetrinabakeca
