Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a key player in the construction sector, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis in Warrington. Key Responsibilities: Managing and administering NEC contracts Conducting detailed post-contract analysis and reporting Handling Contract Value Reports (CVR) and ensuring accurate reporting Executing contract administration duties effectively Managing change control processes efficiently Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders Ensuring effective communication across project teams Utilising advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Job Requirements: Substantial experience in quantity surveying Strong understanding of contract forms, particularly NEC and JCT Experience in contract administration and CVR processes Proficiency in change control management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Advanced Excel skills Understanding of the water industry is preferred but not essential If you possess the skills and experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role, particularly in managing NEC contracts, we encourage you to apply now and join our client's dedicated team in Warrington
