Project Manager – RC Frame and Civils Huntingdon £80,000 - £90,000 Package / Benefits About the company Our client is a Groundworks company specialising in groundworks, deep drainage and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £50 million. Their expertise spans a wide range of Industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £5m - £10m. About the Role We have been asked to find specialist Groundworks Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £2million up to £5million. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks projects. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects. About the requirements Proven track record of delivering Groundwork projects on time and within budget Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum.
