Key Responsibilities: On-site Management: Oversee multiple projects and manage teams during works, including occasional night shifts. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections while identifying opportunities for new work streams. Project Documentation: Produce and manage all necessary documentation for ongoing projects. Site Visits: Conduct site assessments to capture client requirements and assist with pricing. Operational Coordination: Act as a vital link between on-site activities and office operations, ensuring labour, plant, and material needs are met. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in construction site management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
