Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant or intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor to develop their skills and gain experience in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with the financial and contractual management of fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Assisting with contract administration and financial reporting. Supporting procurement and management of trade packages. Helping to prepare cash flow forecasts and cost reports. Assisting in preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts. Attending site meetings and supporting project teams. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring compliance with JCT contracts and construction regulations. What We’re Looking For: A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Some experience in fit-out, retail, commercial, or similar construction projects. Basic understanding of JCT contracts and cost management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
