Estimator I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor who specialise in prime residential and commercial projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as this company offer a great progression path Role and responsibilities: Working as part of the pre-construction team Reporting into the Estimating Manager Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live Requirements: Experience working for a main contractor Experience on Prime residential or ultra-residential projects Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages Salary and benefits: Salary up to 70,000 Company car or car allowance Benefits package If you are interested in this role please apply If you would like to discuss it further please contact Alex Herboldt at Konnect Recruit on (phone number removed)
