You will get to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, typically valued between £1-5 million. Within your role as a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be expected to; Provide expert cost consultancy services across multiple projects. Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Manage contracts and procurement processes efficiently. Support junior team members and contribute to the company’s ongoing success. The ideal applicant for this position will possess; Experience working for a building consultancy is essential. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (desirable but not essential). Proven experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively. Live within a commutable distance from Norfolk. Open to travel nationwide when required (though most projects are local) so driving licence is essential Willingness to support and train junior team members.
