Job Description

Key Performance Areas: Manage full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, offers, contracts) Handle employee onboarding including system setup, orientation and documentation Process Injury on Duty (IOD) claims and coordinate with SENA Coordinate company training sessions and maintain training records Process employees leave and working hours in VIP and BioTime systems Submit monthly HR reports including employee lists and disciplinary actions Prepare monthly payroll documentation Issue disciplinary warnings and handle basic employee relations Maintain employee records and handle HR administrative duties General Competencies: Proficiency in HR information systems (VIP, BioTime) Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
