The company manufactures specialist logistic, protected, and armoured vehicles in its facility in Bolzano in Northern Italy, as well as marketing IVECO’s full commercial range, adapted as necessary to meet the demands of the military user. In consequence, IDV has a full range of vehicles to meet a broad spectrum of defence applications. Location: BOLZANO PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing the flow of materials, including shipments between partners, suppliers, and IDV. This role ensures coordination between the Industrialization, Purchasing, and Operational Logistics departments to meet timelines and specifications. Key tasks include monitoring supply flows, managing stock levels, and overseeing transportation and storage activities, with the goal of optimizing logistics processes and ensuring an efficient, timely project. In particular, the candidate will have to: Component list management: Constantly monitor a component list or parts to be delivered, adapting to any changes or new requirements arising over time. Definition of lots and logistical parameters: Collaborate with Purchasing to determine lot sizes, delivery conditions, and other logistical specifications. Verifying orders in SAP: Ensure that each order is correctly entered into SAP, approved, and available in the system (CSCN) to avoid delays and ensure traceability. Status reporting. Entering logistic parameters regarding the first delivery: Configure logistic parameters in SAP/CLICK to manage and isolate the first delivery, ensuring traceability. Monitoring of stocking activities: Monitor part stocking methods at IDV partner locations and contact IDV partner managers to improve conditions, as well as coordinate packaging creation activities with IDV logistics engineering or suppliers.
