Overview Our client is looking for a fantastic Customer Support Coordinator to join their team, providing top-notch Managed Equipment Services (MES) to our valued NHS Trust clients. This isn't your typical desk job; it's a chance to make a real difference in healthcare What You'll Do: You’ll be part of the 1st line support calls, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations. Work closely with our team and clients, planning effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, making onsite visits to keep everything running smoothly. Assist in project support, including system installations – a chance to get involved in the entire process. Maintain excellent records, comply with policies, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Liaise between clients and the company, handling requests and answering questions effectively. Help produce performance data, and participate in service/support review meetings. What You'll Bring: Experience in a call handling or helpdesk environment is necessary for this role Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Radiology is helpful but not essential Excellent troubleshooting skills Superb communication and negotiation skills The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
