Electrical Construction Manager

Fawkes & Reece are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager with previous Data Centre experience, to work with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a Data Centre in Hertfordshire. The scheme is already underway, with the current phase estimated to have a year left. If successful, you will be contracted for the entire 12 months. Pay rates will range between £300.00-£350.00/day depending on seniority/experience. Responsibilities for this position Working with the Project Manager to oversee and manage site personnel Monitoring team performance, addressing any issues, and ensuring smooth operations Driving quality standards, ensuring snag lists are addressed and closed out promptly Overseeing subcontractor activities, tracking progress, and addressing any challenges Managing labour resources efficiently, planning ahead to meet project demandsRequirements for this position At least 3 years of experience working as an Electrical Construction Manager (or other correlating position) Minimum of 8 months experience previously working on Data Centres Good understanding of the design and construction process Ability to manage teams/sub-contractors If yourself, or anyone you may know would be interested in this position - please apply via the link or send your latest CV to James Bennett at (url removed)
