Telehandler Operative

Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is seeking a Telehandler Operative to join their team on the Saltash Tunnel Refurbishment project. This is a contract role with night shifts, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities: Operating telehandlers to move and place materials as required Ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tasks in a night-time working environment Conducting pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and supplies Working collaboratively with the construction team to ensure project deadlines are met Maintaining a clean and safe working area Job Requirements: CPCS certification Experience as a Telehandler Operative in the construction sector Ability to work night shifts, Monday to Friday, from 20:00 to 05:00 Proficiency in operating and maintaining telehandler equipment Strong understanding of health and safety protocols Good communication and teamwork skills Contract Details: Start date: 3rd March 2025 End date: June 2025, with possible extension 4 month contract Working hours: 20:00 - 05:00, Monday to Friday If you are a skilled Telehandler Operative with the necessary certification and are looking for a contract role in a notable construction project, we would love to hear from you.
