Early Careers Teacher (ECT)

CERT Solutions are a family run 5 education agency that work with primary, secondary & SEN schools across the West Midlands. We Specialise in Long Term, Contracted & Permanant roles within schools and are one of the higher paying agencies - (our google reviews speak for themselves) We are looking for ECT's for primary, secondary or PRU/SEN schools across various areas across Birmingham or Sandwell/Dudley to support with flexible, long term and permanent roles. (whatever suits you best) We have a number of vacancies currently available but we are also able to get your CV out to all local schools to find you a suitable position. Our job is to find you the most suitable role As a newly qualified teacher, going through an agency is a GREAT way to maximise your exposure within local schools, it allows you to visit a few schools in your area, explore your preferences and try out settings before commiting to something more long term/permanent. A lot of ECT's use agency work as a way of trialling out different schools and getting paid for it at the same time. Usually, if a school find you a right fit, they will keep on booking you personally for absences, or offer you a long term or permanent contract where a suitable vacancy is available. The successful candidate will essentially have: Qualification: UK QTS/QTLS or equivalent Atleast 3 months of classroom experience References that cover the past 2 years (can be uni/placements) Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for at a fee) Availability between 1 to 5 days per week Your responsibilities will be: To teach students to a high standard Follow the behavioural policies set by the school Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always What CERT Solutions can offer you?
