Lead Engineering Project Management

Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity You will own full program management through a project’s life-cycle including planning, developing, testing, producing and deploying new products. You will lead execution of all assigned programs while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance within budget and requirements. You will provide direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned programs. Key Responsibilities Manage Customer Relationships Establish a Management Operating System Maintain cross-functional relationships Contract Management Manage Program Budget Adherence Participate in Honeywell's operating processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. 7 years of experience in program/project management/Finance within engineering or technical industries. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
