Job Description Shift : US Shift EXP : 10 yrs Must Have done implementation : 5 Job the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFS Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful implementation and customization of IFS Applications, specifically focusing on Supply Chain modules. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the system. Key Responsibilities Expertise : - Experience and knowledge on IFS Cloud Essentials and IFS Aurena. - Hands-on experience in implementing IFS 9.0 and above, particularly in Supply Chain Management modules (Inventory Management, Procurement, Receipt, and Warehousing). - Ability to establish and implement effective solutions tailored to client-specific needs. - Proficiency in data/field mapping and gap analysis to identify and address discrepancies between existing systems and IFS. Process Analysis and Design : - Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and industry standards. - Ability to define standard processes aligned with client's existing business operations. - Expertise in requirement gathering, AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, UAT, and system testing. - Capability to prepare detailed functional specifications and test scripts. Technical Proficiency : - Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, .NET, and Java is preferred. - Understanding of cross-functional integrations with modules like Finance, Manufacturing, and Maintenance. Problem-Solving and Communication : - Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering. - Total 10 Years of experience in IFS & Minimum of 5 years of experience in IFS Applications, Implementation with a strong focus on Supply Chain modules. - Proven track record of successful IFS implementations and support projects. - Deep understanding of supply chain concepts and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required for client engagement.
