Salesforce Testing Engineer

Role : Salesforce Testing Years of Experience : 5-7 Yrs Location : Bangalore WFO Skill Set : Domain Experience : Work Mode : Contract : 6 months Extendable Notice Period : Immediate Joinee to within 15 - 20 days. Interview Process : - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with emphasis on Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Cloud's. - 5 - 7 years Quality Assurance in the Agile Scrum Delivery model. - 5 - 7 years Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC testing methodologies. - 5 - 7 years Strong testing background, highly knowledgeable and ability to perform thorough Functional, Non-functional, Compatibility, Regression, Integration, API testing, etc. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Strong understanding on Salesforce CRM with multiple Objects; Accounts, Opportunity, Quotes, Agreements, Orders, Cases, etc. and their Usages. - Knowledgeable on user setup, Permissions, and their process. - Strong Understanding of using different environments and Test data setup based on the Business and process flow needs. - Excellent in understanding requirements, and requirements analysis, acceptance criteria and developing test cases - Good collaborative skills, ability to work efficiently with other team members to resolve problems - Manual and Automation: Ability to conduct both manual testing and automation testing by developing test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of Salesforce. - Experience in analyzing changes and identifying areas of the applications to be Regression tested. - Ability to participate in application brainstorming sessions as part of Product Backlog Refinement (PBR). - Ability to handle multiple tasks, self-driven, and work with limited guidance. - Test planning and test case development experience. Creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CRM / web applications, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. - Knowledgeable on Reports and Dashboards, and relationships. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently with Agile / Scrum team members. - Continuous improvement, staying updated with QA best practices. - Advocate process improvements and implement. - Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Bug lifecycle, Defect Management. - Bug identification and tracking. - Logging bugs during test execution by documenting bugs in our Azure DevOps (ADO) system for bug management. - Database testing. - Tools - Azure DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Selenium with Java / Python / C# - Postman Good to have : - Performance testing knowledge / experience. - Shift timing 12 to 9 PM (ref:hirist.tech)
