SailPoint Consultant/Senior Consultant - iAM Solutions

Job Title : SailPoint Consultant/Sr. Consultant Experience : 4-10 years Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai. Work Mode : Hybrid Contract Period : 6 Months (Extendable) Number of Positions : 48 Budget Range : - 4 to 5 years : Up to INR 1,60,000 per month - 5 to 8 years : Up to INR 2,00,000 per month - 8 to 10 years : Up to INR 2,50,000 per month About the Role : We are seeking highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Consultants/Sr. Consultants to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in delivering successful identity and access management (IAM) solutions to our clients across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth of our IAM practice. Responsibilities : - Lead and execute full lifecycle SailPoint IIQ implementations, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment. - Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and integrations within the SailPoint platform. - Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations. - Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices. - Provide post-production support and maintenance for implemented solutions. - Contribute to business development activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in IAM technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills : - 5 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity provisioning, access certification, and privileged access management. - Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) platform, including its core components and functionalities. - Proven ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations. - Experience with Java, REST APIs, and scripting languages (i.e., Groovy, Python). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills : - SailPoint Certifications (i.e., Certified IdentityNow Administrator, Certified IdentityNow Architect) - Knowledge of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP - Familiarity with network protocols (SSL, SSH, etc.) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks (i.e., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) (ref:hirist.tech)
