Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across a range of Travel and Tourism courses, including Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. Develop course materials and resources that reflect current industry standards and trends. Provide academic and pastoral support to students to help them achieve their potential. Maintain and enhance your own subject knowledge and professional development. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.Essential Requirements: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Travel and Tourism or a related field. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one. Industry experience within the Travel and Tourism sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.Desirable: Experience delivering BTEC or similar qualifications in Travel and Tourism.
