Electrical Engineer

Electrical Design Engineers - All Levels Location: London or Southwest Blueprint recruitment are looking to speak with Electrical Design Engineers, with experience working within the water sector. Key responsibilities will include: Produce design layouts which are cost effective, meet the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned effectively. Ensure that standard practices are utilised where ever possible. Ensure co-ordination of designs with all other disciplines internal and external to the business in order to ensure that the design processes carried out on the contract are co-ordinated for the benefit of the contract as a whole. Requirements: Significant experience in technical delivery of process plant systems on complex water industry engineering projects Experience of motor control centres including protection, motor starters including VSDs and harmonic mitigation methods. Experience of selection and specification of Instrumentation, Industrial Communications, PLCs and SCADA systems. Strong understanding of the principles of water and sewage treatment.
