Our client is a well-established firm with a strong reputation, operating across two bases in Hampshire and West Sussex, with a close-knit team of 50. That’s why they offer a structured approach to flexible working: you’ll start with five days in the office to get to know the team and culture, then transition to a hybrid model (three days in-office, two from home). Who They’re Looking For You’ll ideally have 4 years PQE in corporate/commercial law, but for our client, the right person matters more than just the years of experience. You’ll need strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills, alongside the ability to juggle multiple transactions while keeping a client-focused, commercial mindset. Required Qualifications & Experience (UK) Qualified solicitor in England & Wales. Minimum 4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in corporate/commercial law. Experience handling mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters. Strong knowledge of UK company law and regulations. Membership with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team with a focus on corporate and commercial transactions.
