Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join our clients team for a large-scale commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical works on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the mechanical installation and maintenance activities on the project. Ensure compliance with project schedules, cost controls, and quality standards. Lead and manage mechanical teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and timely execution of work. Conduct inspections to ensure the proper installation and functioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems. Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during construction. Maintain daily logs, report on progress, and communicate project updates with the project management team. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, health regulations, and quality assurance protocols. Perform quality control and testing of mechanical systems to ensure they meet required specifications and standards. Requirements: CSCS card SSSTS / SMSTS Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) and relevant codes and standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
