Joiner Global Recruitment have a requirement for X5 Multi-skilled joiners on a contract basis (12 months minimum) Company Details Our Client is a well established all trades company covering all sectors including – Domestic, commercial & Industrial (Uk wide) with head office based in East Kilbride. Pay Rate - Up to £25 per hour (Depending on experience) Job description The initial site is a working on a high end renivation project (Hotel) in Edinburgh The Multi-Skilled Joiner will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance including void works to a wide variety of property types across the central belt of Scotland. You should have a core trade in Joinery with experience of all trades to ensure a 1st time fix. The Multi-Skilled Joiner is a key role to deliver a wide range of Responsive Maintenance activities to a diverse customer base. As a competent tradesperson undertaking a range of building maintenance, you will be part of a multi-trade team of well trained and motivated staff who are receptive to continuous improvement and dedicated to the delivery of the annual repairs and improvement services. The purpose of the job is to provide an outstanding, “right first time” service to customers, by providing a flexible and efficient response to deliver a wide range of building maintenance and improvement work. Minimum Requirements Time served Joiner or have 4 years experience working in a similar role. Experience doing strip outs, fitting kitchens and general joinery work. Full uk licence & willing to drive (mobile role) Must have a valid CSCS Card & Own tools Please apply direct with your cv attached
