Work closely with Branch Sales Managers to grow new business opportunities. Secure long-term rental, contract hire, and finance agreements. Lead customer negotiations and convert leads into meaningful partnerships. Monitor market trends to stay ahead in a competitive industry. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets with strategic action plans. About You Were looking for someone who thrives in a B2B environment and loves turning challenges into opportunities. If youve got the drive and people skills, well support you every step of the way. Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management role is essential. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Comfortable setting and achieving ambitious goals. Experience using CRM systems.
