Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12 Months Assignment Type: Hybrid Need Locals Only Due to Work Requirements Required Qualifications: The Contractor should be able to demonstrate the following skills. • Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solve business needs and resolve issues. • Excellent understanding of Salesforce integration techniques using APIs, Enterprise WSDL, WebServices, JSON and OAuth. • Experience with other languages such as .Net C#, Java, or others for use with system integrations • Outstanding knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and development strategies using Apex, Flows, Lightning and other platform technologies. • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, permission set groups, sharing rules) • 6 years' experience architecting and developing Salesforce/force.com solutions. • Certified Salesforce Application, System and/or Technical Architect with Trailhead Badges/Super Badges • Ability to prioritize workstreams simultaneously and deliver results for a fast-paced programs. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze requirements and documents effectively. • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. • Great resourcefulness and an instinct for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions • A strong customer orientation • Consistently maintains composure and professionalism. • Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Call Center a plus. • Experience with JIRA a plus.
