Sr. SQA Engineer

SQA Engineering Contractor Job Description This Sr. SQA Engineer is expected to come onsite 5 days a week in Beaverton, OR Top Requirements: Automated and Manual Testing Python Software and Hardware Testing Network Configuation Experience Essential Functions: Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to understand product expectations Test application (GUI) software in conjunction with networked audio/media systems running embedded software Executes test automation and manual tests Test interaction scenarios with finished hardware devices Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Maintain internal QA-specific information systems to track quality assurance metrics (bug tracking, test servers) Verify defect fixes, including testing of appropriate related areas Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes Creates and maintains documentation for SQA automation tools and frameworks to make them digestible for technical and non-technical individuals. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge, and skills: C#, Java, or object-oriented Python programming skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering. Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
