SQL DBA BCBS $60 C2C H4, GC, USC 6 Months Contract This position will be remote to start off with but candidate needs to be in one of these markets: IL (Chicago , Naperville, Waukegan) or Tulsa, OK or Richardson, TX. JOB DESCRIPTION SQL Server Upgrade experience Good Communication skills Knowledge with Database Design and Theories Ability to work with Data Architects and other IT Specialist to Set Up, Maintain and Monitor Data Networks Database Structure Language SQL or SQL/PSM SQL Server Developer SQL Server T-SQL including table design/creation, Stored Procedures, Triggers etc. SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages - developing new, modifying existing ones and Debugging SSIS package issues. Both package and project deployment model Performance Tuning Problem solving skills including debugging issues related to database. SQL Authentication and/or Windows Authentication including Active Directory SQL Server Directory set up including recommending drive sizes etc. Database Management Best Practices IT Security Best Practices SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).
