Debt Collection Administrator

This role is working full time hours Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include: Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments Accurately processing payments Ensuring compliance with company policiesWhat We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should have: Exceptional customer service skills A confident and professional phone manner Proficiency in PC applicationsWhile experience in the insurance industry or a credit control environment is a plus, it's not essential.
