Key Responsibilities: Overseeing contractors responsible for passenger lifts across housing estates. Managing and maintaining domestic lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety. Monitoring lift installations, servicing, and repairs to ensure compliance with industry standards. Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience in the lift engineering field, particularly with passenger lifts in residential settings. Familiarity with manufacturers such as Otis, Kone, and Schindler is highly desirable. Full UK driver's license is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills.
