Project Director

My client are a well established construction company that work on high end high rise schemes. Motivated and driven individual. Proven history of working on projects through to completion. Experience managing multioccupancy projects Duties will include: Managing a new build largescale apartment scheme. Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set. Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
